Ground Floor Apartment is separate from the other types of one-bedroom apartments because you cannot see the sea from its terrace. That is why its rate is lower. However, it has either a very pleasant view over a green garden or a strategic view over the pool from where you could easily look after your children for example.

The apartment consists of a corridor, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double foldable sofa suitable for sleeping, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. Both rooms are connected by a large terrace with a table, chairs and an umbrella where it is necessary. The maximum capacity is four persons but there is a possibility for an extra bed against a surcharge.
